How do I get exeat while orientation camp activities is going on?

This question is rised by many PCMs and sometimes it gives headache if you do not follow the right procedure from the beginning, how ever in this article I’ll explain the requirements for an Exeat and the stapes to follow.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR NYSC EXEAT

1. Medical certificate (not medical fitness).

2. Knowledge about the what you present as a reason for exeat request.

PROCEDURE For THE NYSC EXIT LATTER

After you gather the requirements list above and you’ve done your camp registration simply go-to the camp clinic and tell them you’re having a health issue, present your certificate to them they may ask you some questions about you health before they give you cover letter.

Submit the cover letter to your Platoon officer let him sign it and send you to The state coordinator for confirmation.

Follow the due process they’ll be asking you to.

ADVISE TO PCM LOOKING FOR NYSC EXIT LATTER

It’s adviseble to include a copy of you’re medical certificate while registering with your Platoon officer during the registration period since you know your terget.

You are also advise to ask for help from either you’re platoon officer or any NYSC official in the camp or from Abuja.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EXEAT FROM THE ORIENTATION CAMP IS NOT A RELOCATION.

As a prospective Corp member in the closing date of NYSC orientation Camp You’ll go back to the camp in the passing out day early in the morning, collect your primary place of Assignments letter ( PPA LETTER) then proced to your ppa for report And documentation.

NOTE:- corps members that exeat and also relocated are to check there NYSC portal dashboard to print there PPA LETTER and report to the state they’ve relocated to.
