The Minister of communication and digital development Dr. Isa Ali pantami through NCC has directed all Nigerian communication company to block all sim card that has not link to NIN (National identification number) within two weeks ultimatum.
Both MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile has introduce the codes that will help you to retrieve your NIN for the link up which will cost you 20 naira.

This is for MTN *346# and choose option number 1 to know your NIN before going for Link up.

After you open the portal there is simple form for you to filled up your information such as NIN number, first and last name, mobile number.

After you successfully completed the form they will send you one time password to the number you use while filling the form for confirmation.
Goto you massage And copy the code pest it in the box and press submit.
According to MTN after the enrollment unsuccessful candidate will be notified using the email address and number they provide while registering, but you can check the status of your enrollment.
