When I check my Npower Dashboard i only see blank Dashboard in a screening side.

Many people experience this issue of blank Dashboard.
Solutions
1. Logout from the portal and login again followed by refreshing the page again
2. If procedure number 1 is not succeded then write an application letter to the Npower official
This is how to write the letter
At the right hand side there’s an icon mainly for contacting Npower official
Click on the icon
Write your name
Your email address
And finally your complain.
This is the format of the letter
Dear sirI’m Agajahub publisheragajaaaaaaa@gmail.comNPWR/2020/00000000111I have received a message from N-power that I have selected for Npower biometric screening, but The screening dashboard is blank.Hope My application will be considered.Agajahub publisheragajaaaaaaa@gmail.comNPWR/2020/00000000111.

Replace my id, Name and email with your information Wait for like 10 minute and check again you’ll see the biometric screening icon display to you.
Note: you should send the email like 5 times at once and resend after 10 without any response.
