Instructions:
This is to inform the general public and all applicants that applied for the 2019/2020 NSCDC Recruitment to visit the Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps website https://cdfipb.careers/index.php?to check the list of successful candidates.
Physical Screening Dates
The screening exercise is scheduled to commence on the 2nd and 25th of August 2021 in six (6) zonal centres and will be spread across six geo-political zones. Shortlisted candidates are expected to report to their respective geo-political zones for the screening exercise with the following:
Requirements:
First School Leave Certificate and Senior Secondary School Certificates (WAEC, NECO etc.), with scratch cards for verification of results (the original copy of the West African Examination Council Certificate is compulsory).
Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age.
Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
Guarantors Letter from qualified candidates
Two (2) recent coloured passport-sized photographs.
National Identity Card/Acknowledgement Slip (a mandatory requirement).
Writing materials (biro, pencil, sharpener and eraser).
Two pairs of face masks.
Medium size hand sanitizer.
Three pairs of white (unmarked) vests and navy blue shorts.
A pair of white canvas shoes/trainers.
Two bed sheets and pillow cases.
A set of cutlery.
Toiletries.
Screening Locations, Zones and Venues (Centres)
The NSCDC final screening will begin in six (6) zonal centres and will be spread across six geo-political zones namely:
North-West Zone
NSCDC Zonal Command Headquarters Kaduna,
North Central Zone
Federal University Lafia in Nasarawa state,
North East Zone
Games Village in Bauchi,
South West
Civil Defence College of Security Management in Abeokuta,
South East
NSCDC Training School in Oji River, Enugu State,
South South
NABTEB in Benin, Edo state.

Candidates are to note that any alteration to their documents will render the documents invalid and eventually lead to disqualification.
The use of electronic, mobile and recording devices will not be allowed throughout the duration of the exercise.
A high standard of discipline is expected from all candidates. Candidates who violate any instructions during the State Recruitment Screening Exercise will be disqualified.

Yes, the names of NSCDC Shortlisted Candidates for NSCDC Recruitment Final Screening of Credentials and Physical Fitness Verification are now published on the portal today.
Candidates can now check for their names, screening location, guidelines and to print out their recruitment slip, without which they won’t be allowed for the screening”.
“When the recruitment started, the number of those who applied was over 1.4 million when the portal was opened. Out of that, we have 670,000 who were invited to upload to the portal.
Then, 200, 000 really responded and out of this, 53,116 who were selected to write the Computer-Based Test CBT examination. Out of this, 6, 500 candidates were shortlisted for the final screening out of which 5, 000 will be selected and employed.
This was made known by the Commandant General of the Corps, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi disclosed this at a news conference Friday at the Corps Headquarters in Abuja.

In the box provided, enter your Application code, Phone number, or email address.
Click on Search Application Status.
Print Recruitment Slip.
Once shortlisted, your name and photo will appear and you will receive an SMS or email regarding your selection.

Currently, we are telling you that the NSCDC list of successful candidates for the Final Screening of Credentials and Physical Fitness Verification publication is now out online via www.nscdc.gov.ng or cdfipb.careers portal.
Look, the Nigerian Civil Defence has asked candidates to check the application portal (cdfipb.careers portal) from today for their names, screening location, guidelines and to print out their recruitment slip without which they won’t be allowed for the screening”.
Also, candidates who sat for the CBT, that is 53,116 (prospective applicants that sat for the computer-based test) 6,500 candidates out of them have been invited for the physical screening and that the final screening of credentials and physical fitness test will be via SMS from 2nd to 25th of August 2021.

NSCDC Screening Guidelines
The NSCDC CG directed applicants to check the application portal from July 20 for their names, screening locations, date and guidelines to print out your recruitment slip because without it you won’t be allowed for the screening”.
However, after the NSCDC shortlisted candidates concludes the final screening exercise, 5,000 qualified candidates will be employed after the final screening is scheduled to be held between August 2 and 25.
Candidates are required to keep their phones on for any messages from the NSCDC as well as regularly check their email for any inbox from the Civil Defence Board.
