The Priceless Platform team is primarily distributed across San Francisco and New York and operates the Priceless.com site as well as our B2B2C API integrations with our Customers, which include some of the largest banks and airlines in the world. The Priceless Platform is a unique value proposition that provides customizable platform solutions to our partners to help deliver experiences, benefits and other offers to Mastercard cardholders. The ideal candidate will work in our San Francisco office 2-3 days per week, but further flexibility can be discussed for the right candidates.
Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager role will be a key contributor to the success of the Priceless Platform. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a quickly growing team in a high impact strategic and operational capacity.
This role will report to the VP, Operations, Global Consumer Marketing whose team manages the platform’s business administration including our checkout solution, financial statement preparation, supplier onboarding and payouts, and coordination with legal and risk teams. We are the business backbone to an innovative, revenue generating global marketing platform.
This role will be partner with the Priceless Platform leadership team to build out and maintain scalable processes to support our growing B2C and B2B2C businesses. Immediate opportunities for impact include taking ownership over and streamlining our supplier onboarding and payouts processes and helping to coordinate improved transactional reporting and analysis for our diverse group of stakeholders. There will be an abundance of additional interesting projects available, so this is the perfect role for someone that enjoys being challenged and helping to improve business operations.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Partner closely with VP, Operations in managing a global B2B and B2B2C business supporting some of the world’s largest issuing banks
• Manage and operate the experience provider onboarding process
• Assist with international expansion (currently ~20 global markets and growing)
• Ability and desire to confidently distill complex business operations for senior leadership
• Take leadership role on ad hoc strategic projects
Skills Required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to balance quantitative and qualitative considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communicator; willing to work cross functionally and partner directly with leadership
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Project Management and/or Data Analysis
