This particular Loan by CBN is loan for Nigerian graduates and undergraduates as an effort to curb the high rate of the unemployment situation in Nigeria. Application Form is strictly Online for interested and qualified Nigerian graduates and undergraduates in Nigeria.
The TIES’ underlying aim is to provide access to capital for Nigerian Graduates and undergraduates with innovative entrepreneurial and technological ideas from polytechnics and universities.

The TIES intends to shift undergraduates and graduates away from white-collar job pursuits and towards a culture of entrepreneurship development for economic devdevelopment.
who is Eligible for TIES Loan?
Only those with a Nigerian polytechnic or university degree will be considered. Also, Priority will be given to innovative entrepreneurial activities with high potentials for export, job creation and transformational impact.
The documents listed below will confirm your eligibility.
- First-degree certificate (BSc/HND/ or it’s equivalent)
- National Youth Service Certificate (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate
- Certificate of Participation issued by polytechnics and universities evidencing entrepreneurship training; and
- Not more than 7 years post-NYSC.
