This is an exciting opportunity for graduates from accredited and recognised tertiary/Higher Institutions of Learning in the following disciplines:
Internship Human Resources X2
Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Information Management or equivalent qualification NQF 6
Internship Technician X3
Minimum requirements
- 3-year National Diploma (S4/T3) in Electrical Engineering (Light Current, Communications, Computer Studies or Information Systems/ Technology/ Electronics) (NQF6)
- BTech for the Electrical Engineering for the above formal qualification an advantage
- Driver’s License advantageous.
Internship Digital Assistant x 2
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Digital Marketing, Media studies or relevant discipline (NQF 6)
- Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing and/or Graphic Design would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital software, design software & digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and in a team on projects and campaigns.
- Scenario planning, Creativity – ability to conceptualize campaigns and new concepts.
- Good understanding of digital reporting metrics and ability to use analytical tools to make informed decisions.
- Digital trends analysis.
- Strong research skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in the Radio Station’s broadcast Language
- Internship: Ingest Operatorx2
- Minimum Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Successfully completed a 3 to 4 year diploma/degree in the discipline the application is made
- Be computer literate with MS packages. MS project in certain disciplines will be an advantage
- Be a South African citizen and under the age of 35
- Have no previous internship experience
- Have no prior working experience in the field of study
- Have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Be prepared to enter into a learning agreement for 12 months commencing on 1st April 2022
- Please note permanent employment after completion of the programme is not guaranteed.
Internship: Vision Control X2
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree (NQF6/7) in video technology or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Excellent eyesight
- Ability to work under pressure and for long irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
Internship: Vision Mixer X2
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in video technology (NQF level 6) or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Excellent eyesight
- Ability to work under pressure and for long irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Sound Operations X5
- Relevant degree/diploma/Certificate in Film and Television Production/Video Technology or
- Minimum 1 year Qualification in Sound Ops/Studio production.
- Internship: Video Journalist
- Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma / Degree (NQF6/7) in Journalism, Media Study, Videography, or equivalent qualifications.
- Willingness to work on Outside Broadcasts (OBs) and special broadcasts
- Good photographic sense and a sharp eye for detail.
- Physical fitness to carry equipment and manage it.
- Ability to work under pressure, and irregular hours.
Internship: Video Editor x3
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Journalism/Video Technology or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Video Technology or relevant equivalent qualification (NQF 7) will be added advantage
- Excellent eyesight
- Ability to work under pressure and for long irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
Internship: Bulletin Writer/Anchor-XiTsonga X2
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma / NQF 6 in Journalism or Media Studies or relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to write, read and translate in the specified languages.
Internship Administrator: Operations (Sport)
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Media Studies, Communications, Administration or related qualification (NQF 6)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and/ or in a Team on Projects
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented and Team work approach
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
