Due to certain irregularities and difficulties encountered in the management multiple whatsapp groups, a case where some States have more than one WhatsApp groups, it’s a major flaw and we have decided to adopt Telegram as the primary means of communication in this training. Telegram has the capacity to accommodate more participants.
All other whatsapp groups are by notice nullified.
