As a follow-up to the successful organisation of the 2020 and 2021 Editions of the Federal Civil Service Innovation Challenge.

To sustain the momentum and further hamess new ideas. the OHCSF is planning the 3rd Edition of the Competiton focusing on the prevailing challenges in the Service. It is scheduled from Monday.
19th December, 2022 to Tuesday, 24th January, 2023.
The 2022 Edition ss expected to provide solutions to secunty challenges within the Public Sermce and develop new ways of advancing government business through PubscPnvate Partnership (PPP) models, as well as reducing the coost of governance through the adoption of inovative technology.
All Federal Civil Servants are elgble to participate in this competition. Participants are expected to come up with innovative ideas in solving specific issues relating to the Service, taking into consideration the pevaling socoeconomic challenges posed by COVID-19 and dwindling revenue accruals to government.
For the purpose of achieving qual ty result. partcipants, who share common interest /ideas are encouraged to work as a team of not more than seven (7).
The Competition wil pnontise innovative and scalable ideas and solutions for seletion in the categones of products. projects. processes and services. Participants/teams with the best innovative product wil be invited to partic pate n the first and second stages of the competition, which will culminate in the final stage with a Panel of Judges. where three (3) winning ideas will be selected with ten (10) other consolation pnzes
The first. second and third pnzes are three million Naira (N3,000.000), one and a half million Naira (N 1.500.000) and one milion Naira (N1,000,000), respectivelly and ten (10) consolation pnzes of two hundred thousand Naira (N200,000), each.
All interested Civil Servants are expected to apply via the official website: www.ohcsf.gov.ng Submission of ideas closes on Monday, 9th January, 2023. Innovation Problem Solving Training/Mentonng Session will be organised for Participants/teams to boost their mnovative ideas, as weil as equip them with the requisite skills to generale innovative solubons and much more are siated as follows;
